How is Corvyn different from a phone answering service?
A phone answering service routes missed calls to a human call center. Corvyn is an AI front office that also handles texts, emails, web form leads, and provider leads in the same inbox and runs scheduling and follow-up on top of the intake. It's designed to cover the full front-office workload rather than just the phone.
Does Corvyn replace my field service management software?
No. Corvyn is designed to run alongside your existing field service platform like ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or JobNimbus not replace it. It handles the demand capture and follow-up layer; your FSM keeps running the jobs.
Which home service trades is this built for?
Corvyn is built for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, appliance repair, landscaping, lawn care, handyman, window cleaning, home cleaning, and similar field service businesses.
Is AI phone answering legal under TCPA?
Inbound call answering is generally outside the scope of TCPA. For outbound communications SMS, email, and calls your business initiates Corvyn is designed with consent tracking, quiet hours, opt-out handling, and a fail-closed compliance gate built in from the start.
What happens if the AI can't handle the call?
The AI is designed to capture the basics and hand off to your team. When a call needs a person complex estimates, sensitive situations, or requests the AI isn't configured to handle it routes to the team member or phone number you've set for that scenario.
Where is Corvyn available?
Corvyn is currently onboarding pilot customers in Texas. Broader availability will follow the pilot.
How does Corvyn handle leads from providers like Angi or Google LSA?
Provider leads flow into the same inbox as your owned channels, with the source tag preserved. When source is available, your team can apply the right workflow and outreach rules by source. Google LSA leads may include permission to contact the lead under Google’s LSA terms. Before enabling SMS, automated outreach, or AI-assisted calling, confirm the channel-specific consent requirements that apply to your workflow. We are working on newer integration capabilities on a daily basis, so don’t hesitate to reach out and ask for integrations you need.
Do I need to change my phone number or website to use Corvyn?
No. Corvyn provisions a number that can be forwarded from your existing line, and the web widget drops into your current website without a rebuild. You can keep using the tools and numbers you have today.
