Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-01-31
These legal terms are provided for operational readiness and risk disclosure. They are not legal advice. You should review them with your counsel before go-live.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of Corvyn Labs services, including any voice, SMS, email, AI agent, LLM-powered, and automation features (collectively, the "Services").

This AUP is intended to protect End Users, Customers, Corvyn Labs, and third parties from harm and legal risk. We may update this AUP as regulations, carrier policies, and product capabilities evolve.

1. Core principle

You may use the Services only for lawful, authorized, and ethically responsible business purposes.

You are responsible for the content, timing, targeting, and legality of messages and calls you initiate or configure through the Services.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation, including privacy, consumer protection, and telecommunications laws.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications, or engage in deceptive marketing practices.
  • Initiate or facilitate illegal robocalls, unlawful telemarketing, or unlawful call recording.
  • Impersonate a person or entity, or misrepresent identity, affiliation, or intent.
  • Engage in fraud, phishing, social engineering, or the collection of credentials or payment data.
  • Generate, distribute, or promote malware, exploits, or other harmful code.
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten others, or promote violence or self-harm.
  • Facilitate illegal surveillance, stalking, or doxxing.
  • Exploit minors or generate sexual content involving minors.
  • Facilitate discrimination or unlawful profiling.
  • Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
  • Use the Services to test or train models using data you do not have the right to use.
  • Use the Services in high-risk contexts where errors could cause harm (unless expressly agreed in writing).
  • Send content that violates carrier or platform policies (for example, content that is misleading, abusive, or prohibited by upstream providers).
  • Upload or transmit sensitive data (for example, account passwords, full payment card data, or regulated health information) unless expressly agreed in writing and appropriately safeguarded.

3. Consent and messaging rules

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required consents before contacting any end user by SMS, email, or voice. You must honor opt-out requests, maintain accurate suppression lists, and comply with applicable quiet hours, frequency limits, and content restrictions.

You must not:

  • Send messages to End Users who have opted out.
  • Send messages to numbers you do not have the right to contact.
  • Use purchased, scraped, or third-party lists where you cannot demonstrate valid consent.
  • Misrepresent the sender, brand, or purpose of a communication.

3.1 Call recording notices

If you enable call recording, you are responsible for providing legally required notice and obtaining any necessary consent before recording. You must configure your workflows to comply with applicable laws.

4. AI and voice-specific restrictions

You must not use AI or voice capabilities to:

  • Impersonate real individuals or create deceptive deepfakes intended to mislead.
  • Place calls or send messages that appear to be from emergency services or government agencies.
  • Automate high-stakes decisions without meaningful human review.
  • Attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise subvert safety controls.

You must also not use the Services to route or respond to emergencies. The Services are not designed for emergency response and should not be used as a substitute for calling emergency services.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the Services (and/or remove content or configurations) if we believe you have violated this AUP or posed a risk to others, to the Services, or to Corvyn Labs.

Enforcement may include (without limitation): rate limiting, disabling outbound messaging, disabling specific automations, requiring additional verification, or terminating accounts. We may cooperate with law enforcement or respond to lawful requests.

6. Reporting

If you believe a user is misusing the Services, contact Corvyn Labs using the contact method listed on the Site.
